single, unified wallet balance system. Every package purchased via the “Top up” panel is valid for exactly 30
days from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance expires.
Automatic Wallet Reversal for Failed Generations
If any AI generation task fails due to a system error, network issue, or technical limitation, the exact credit
amount deducted for that specific request will be automatically and instantly credited back to your website
wallet.
Cancellation & Credit Consumption Calculation
Buyers retain the right to cancel their active package at any given time. If you decide to request a refund, the
final refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the cost of the credits you have already consumed from
the total package price. Credit consumption is calculated strictly based on the following generation metrics:

Refund Processing Window
Once a valid cancellation and refund request is submitted and the consumed credits are deducted, the
remaining balance will be audited and processed. The standard time frame for the refunded money to arrive
back in your original payment method is 1 to 5 business days.
